Windmill Hill City Farm
In partnership with Avon and Bristol Law Centre, we created and delivered a customised governance training programme for the Board of Directors, funded by the Tudor Trust. The programme was designed to strengthen this longstanding, landmark organisation following a challenging period of major change.

1625 Independent People
Delivered a board planning day in partnership with Avon and Bristol Law Centre.

CEED
Planned and facilitated a programme to improve staff development and support as part of achieving IIP status.

Youth Moves
Facilitated staff planning sessions and assisted with the completion of a business plan for this innovative area youth service network.

RISE
Facilitated a Board meeting on the future of the organisation

Wellspring Health Living Centre
Facilitated a staff planning day and provided non managerial supervision to staff.

Bristol East Side Traders (BEST)
Provided non managerial supervision to a number of staff and delivered a number of half day business planning events with staff.
